Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Steforge services ("Service") available at steforge.com and sys.steforge.com.
By registering an account or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Steforge provides access to:
— Steforge Cabinet — user dashboard with account management, balance, and app catalog.
— API Proxy — centralized proxy for routing requests to external APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with usage tracking and budget controls.
— Usage Tracker — API usage monitoring and analytics service.
Access is provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis depending on the selected plan.
3. Pricing & Payment
Current pricing is listed at steforge.com/products.
Payment models:
— Pay-as-you-go: charges based on actual usage, deducted from your internal account balance.
— Balance top-up: one-time deposit to your internal account.
Minimum top-up amount: 100 RUB (approximately 1 USD).
Payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, MIR) via YooKassa payment service.
Currency: Russian Ruble (₽).
Payment is considered complete upon crediting funds to the internal balance.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
— Funds have not been used to pay for services.
— A refund request is sent to hello@steforge.ru within 14 days of the top-up.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Used services are non-refundable.
5. Access Conditions
A registered account at sys.steforge.com is required to use paid features.
Access to tools is provided when your account has a positive balance.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Account sharing is not permitted.
The operator may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability, errors, or actions of third parties (including external API providers).
Total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.
7. Changes to Terms
The operator may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
